Terms of Use and Booking Conditions

1. Parties and scope

These terms apply to the use of myantalyatransfervip.com and to transfer bookings made via the website, phone or WhatsApp. Service provider: My Antalya Transfer VIP, Güzelyurt Mah. Ş. Kom. Er Mustafa Göktürk Cad. No: 73/A, Aksu / Antalya, Türkiye. By booking you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service

We provide private (per vehicle) and, on suitable routes, shared (per person) transfers between Antalya Airport (AYT) and other airports in the region and hotels, addresses and resort areas. Transfers are carried out with licensed drivers and insured vehicles, by our own fleet or partner transport companies.

3. Booking and confirmation

• A booking is created once route, date/time, vehicle and passenger details are complete; we then email you a confirmation with a booking reference.
• Bookings must be made at least 8 hours before pickup. For shorter notice, please call or message us on WhatsApp; we accept subject to availability.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter (especially phone, flight number, hotel name and address). We cannot be held liable if a transfer fails because of incorrect information.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown before you book, and the amount in your confirmation is fixed. Private transfer prices are per vehicle; shared transfer prices are per person.
• Prices include fuel, motorway/bridge tolls, parking and the driver. Extras such as baby or child seats are shown separately during booking where applicable.
• Unless stated otherwise, payment is made in cash to the driver on the day of the transfer, based on the amount in your confirmation.

5. Changes and cancellation

• Cancellations made up to 24 hours before pickup are free of charge.
• For later cancellations and no-shows, the full transfer price may be charged.
• Please tell us about changes to date, time, address or number of passengers as early as possible, quoting your booking reference; changes are confirmed subject to availability and may change the price.

6. Meeting at the airport and waiting

Your driver waits at the arrivals exit with a name sign. If you gave us your flight number, we track your landing and adjust pickup to delays. If passport control or baggage takes long, or you cannot find the driver, please call us straight away. For hotel pickups, please be ready in the lobby at the agreed time; if a reasonable waiting time is exceeded, the transfer may be considered completed.

7. Passengers, luggage and vehicle rules

• The vehicle is chosen for the number of passengers and luggage stated in the booking. Extra or bulky luggage (golf bags, bicycles, surfboards, etc.) must be declared in advance; otherwise it may not fit or an extra vehicle may be needed.
• Turkish traffic law requires all passengers to wear seat belts. Please request child seats when booking.
• Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle. The driver may refuse to carry passengers whose behaviour endangers safety. Passengers are liable for damage they cause to the vehicle.
• Pets are carried only with prior approval and in a suitable carrier.

8. Liability

We are responsible for carrying out the transfer as confirmed. We are not liable for delays or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, official orders, strikes or epidemics. Allow enough time for airport transfers to catch your flight; for international flights a hotel pickup about 3–4 hours before departure is usually recommended. We are not liable for items left in the vehicle, but we will help return anything found.

9. Complaints

If something goes wrong, please tell us during the transfer or within 7 days at info@myantalyatransfervip.com, quoting your booking reference. We review every complaint and reply in writing.

10. Use of the website

Texts, images, logos and design on this site belong to My Antalya Transfer VIP or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Content is for information; distances and times are estimates. Automated scraping, fake bookings or attempts to disrupt the system are prohibited. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction; consumers keep any mandatory rights under the law of their country of residence.
