2. Personal data we process

• Identity and contact: name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number.
• Journey details: pickup and drop-off address or hotel, date and time, flight number, number of passengers, luggage, extras such as baby or child seats, and your booking notes.
• Booking and transaction data: booking reference, selected vehicle, price, currency, booking and cancellation records.
• Communications: messages you send via the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, language and currency preference, cookie data (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Creating, confirming and carrying out your transfer, meeting you at the airport and adjusting pickup to flight delays — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Sending booking confirmations, changes and reminders and answering your questions — contract and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR).
• Accounting, invoicing and statutory retention — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Website security and prevention of abuse and spam — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Visitor statistics and site improvement (if Google Analytics or similar is enabled) — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

We never sell your personal data. Marketing messages are sent only with your explicit consent.

4. Recipients

• Drivers and partner vehicle operators who carry out the transfer — only the name, phone, flight and address details needed for the journey.
• Hosting, email (SMTP) and technical service providers acting as processors.
• Google (Analytics, Maps, Tag Manager, if enabled) and WhatsApp/Meta (if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp).
• Public authorities where legally required, and legal advisers in case of disputes.

Some providers may process data outside Türkiye or the EEA. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) in line with the GDPR and KVKK Art. 9.

5. How we collect data

We collect data directly from you through the booking form, contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp, and technical data automatically through cookies and server logs. If you book for other people (family or group), please make them aware of this notice.

6. Retention

• Booking and accounting records: for the period required by law (usually 10 years under Turkish tax rules).
• Contact form and email correspondence: up to 2 years after the matter is closed.
• Security and server logs: up to 2 years. Cookies: as stated in the Cookie Policy.

After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Security

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to staff and partners who need it for their role, and the admin area is password-protected. No system is risk-free, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures.

8. Your rights

Under Art. 15–22 GDPR and Art. 11 KVKK you have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to withdraw consent at any time and to claim compensation for damage.

Send requests to info@myantalyatransfervip.com or to the postal address above. We respond free of charge within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence or, in Türkiye, with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

9. Children

Bookings must be made by persons aged 18 or over. Data about child passengers (e.g. age for a child seat) is provided only by the booking adult and used only for the journey.
